Riki Markowitz
Occupational Therapist
Riki has a Masters of Science from Towson University and has been working as an occupational therapist since 2013. She combines her skill, creativity and critical thinking to provide therapy that precisely targets and addresses presenting challenges. Riki has experience in sub-acute rehabilitation and home health settings and will bring you this expertise for recovery and improved independence in daily living. You can count on Riki to bring enthusiasm to every session.
Sarah (Chavi) Frank
Speech Therapist
Sarah earned her Masters in Speech Language Pathology from Towson University. Sarah has worked in homecare, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities in both clinical and supervisory roles. She has treated adults with swallowing disorders, speech and language impairments, cognitive impairments, dementia, aphasia, and voice disorders. Sarah also has LSVT LOUD certification, a certification for improving speech and voice in clients with Parkinson’s disease. Sarah brings her warmth, expertise, and an individualized therapy experience to her clients.Â
Naomi Shaps
Physical Therapist
Naomi holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College School of Health Sciences as well as a BS in Health Sciences and a BS in Biology. Naomi has been working as a PT since 2012 in multiple settings in Baltimore and in the Greater Washington area including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, geriatric outpatient, hospital acute care, memory care, and adult day care. Naomi has treated adults with a wide range of disorders including dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cardiac dysfunction, osteoporosis, post surgical orthopaedic care, and respiratory conditions.
