I highly recommend Riki as a highly skilled, capable, and caring occupational therapist. Riki OT for my mother, Hannah Storch, and I witnessed her caring and commitment which went above and beyond expectations. Riki catered to my mother’s body and soul, as she geared her occupational therapy sessions towards my mothers interests and needs. In addition, Riki was fabulous at coordinating care between staff members. We often had different nursing aids providing care to my mother and Riki educated the various staff members on different activities and modalities that they could implement in order to improve my mother’s care and overall well-being. I am so grateful to Riki for all she did for my mom and feel so fortunate that she was a member of her care team. I cannot recommend Riki and her therapy team enough!
The therapists came to the evaluation with so many practical ideas which helped me. I thoroughly recommend them! 5 Stars!
In caring for our mother, we are so fortunate to have been introduced to Riki Markowitz. Her professionalism, warmth, and upbeat attitude have been a tremendous blessing.
